• My deepest condolences to the Emerson family. Even though I didn’t have the pleasure of knowing Mrs. Lucille Emerson, I understand that losing a loved one is heartbreaking. A pain that even our Lord Jesus Christ suffered when his friend Lazarus died (John 11:33) But he also gave us hope for the future found in John 5:28, 29 - " Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life." May the hope of once again seeing our loved ones give you the strength that you need during these difficult situation. • I was so very sorry to hear of Mrs. Emerson's passing. As one of her students, I have such respect and love for her. She started me out on my years of education and was always willing to go that extra mile for her students. She took me to my first movie ever in the movie theatre when she took her students to Song of the South. I was in kindergarten and will never forget her patience with the shy little girl that I was. God Bless you Mrs. Emerson and know that you made a difference to your students. I will never forget you and what you did for us all . • Mrs. Emerson was my very first (kindergarten) teacher at Plum Creek School. • Keith and family How sorry we were to hear about the loss of Lucille. She was such a lovely lady, wonderful teacher, and very good friend, as well as a lovely mentor.
