  • I am a local Yoga instructor and a few years ago I was invited to teach Yoga at Waterford at All Saints. Helen lived there at that time and she came to Yoga classes faithfully. We also laughed a great deal and established a great community of support. I always looked forward to seeing Helen as she was so kind and a gentle lady. My life is richer for having known her.
