Sally G. Kjerstad

of Nampa, Idaho, formerly of Wall, South Dakota, died on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 in Nampa, Idaho at the age of 51

Sally Gurine Kjerstad was born May 3, 1962, the daughter of Emil and Lila (Winkowitsch) Kjerstad, in Philip, South Dakota. Sally graduated from Wall High School in 1980.

Survivors include nine brother and sisters: Verna (Mac) Hasvold of Prescott, AZ, Esther Briggs of Pahrump, NV, Helen (Gary) Sanders of Anaheim, CA, Dale Kjerstad of Hill City, SD, Betty Ghedine of Las Vegas, NV, Dennis Kjerstad of Sedona, AZ, Kendall (Kari) Kjerstad of Wasta, SD, Darrel (Deborah)Kjerstad of Rapid City, SD, twin sister Susie Radigan of Sioux Falls, SD , special friend Bob McCoy of Sioux Falls, SD and numerous friends and coworkers through United Airlines.

Sally was preceded in death by her parents Lila and Emil Kjerstad, Jr., and two brothers Marvin and Ed Kjerstad.

Visitation was held one hour preceding the services on Thursday.

Funeral services were held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 3, at the United Methodist Church in Wall, with Pastor Darwin Kopfmann officiating.

Interment was at the Wall Cemetery.

A memorial has been established.

We are so sorry to hear about Sally. We had so much fun going to school at Hidden Valley School. That was a long time ago but seems like yesterday.
