of Wasta, South Dakota, died on Saturday, April 22, 2000 in Wasta at the age of 43
Terry Lynn Allread was born February 22, 1957, in Rapid City, South Dakota, the son of Bobby Dean and Anna Mae (Fahrni) Allread.
Terry attended grade school in Wasta and graduated from Wall High School in 1975. Shortly after graduation, he was employed with Birdsall Sand and Gravel Company and remained there until his death.
Terry was united in marriage to Kim Tinsley on July 14, 1979, at Wasta. To this union was born three children, Matthew, Raelyn and Ashley. They made their home in Wasta, where he has continued to reside.
Terry's love for life and adventure gave him endless pleasure-- bird hunting, hunting for rocks and artifacts, boating and fishing, and especially his love for flying.
He was a member of the Wasta Volunteer Fire Department. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by many.
Grateful for having shared his life are his mother, Anna Mae Allread of Wasta; a son, Matthew Allread, age 18, of Camp Crook; two daguthers, Raelyn Allread, age 16 of Camp Crook, and Ashley Allread, age 14, of Wasta; a sister, Penny Roussel and her husband, Roger, of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Terry was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Dean Allread in 1969; his paternal grandparents, Robert and Alma Allread; and his maternal grandparents, Henry and Julia Fahrni.
A memorial has been established.
