In memory of

Neal A. Cronk

of Philip, South Dakota, died on Monday, April 25, 1994 at the Gordon Memorial Hospital in Gordon, Nebraska at the age of 45

Neal A. Cronk was born November 16, 1948, at Pierre, South Dakota, to Edward and Fern (Baldwin) Cronk.

He grew up on the Cronk farm-ranch east of Philip and graduated from Philip High School in 1968.

Neal worked with his parents on the farm-ranch and after his father's death he continued to operate the farm-ranch with his mother.  He also operated the Argo All-Terrain Vehicle dealership for the State of South Dakota.  Neal was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Neal married Evonne Dietrich and to his union two children were born, Christie Irene and Gale Edward Cronk.

Grateful for having shared his life are his mother, Fern Cronk of Philip; one son, Gale Edward Cronk of Philip; a daughter, Christie Nelson and her husband, Stanley, of Chamberlain; a granddaughter, Melinda Mae Nelson of Chamberlain; one brother, Marvin Cronk of Denver, Colorado; two sisters, Patty Zinn of Ochelata, Oklahoma, and Virginia Johnson of Springdale, Arkansas; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Neal was preceded in death by his father, Edward Cronk on April 17, 1978, and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
