Jori Dean Kelly was born and died Saturday, April 29, 1989, at the Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Survivors include his parents, Jim and Kiya Aisenbrey Kelly of Quinn, South Dakota; grandparents, Don and Gloria Kelly of Wall, and Darlene Aisenbrey of Menno, South Dakota; great-grandmother, Mildred Kelly of Rapid City; and several aunts and uncles.
