Tammy Rae Jensen, daughter of Larry and Pat (Kingery) Jensen, was born February 21, 1968, at Kadoka, South Dakota.
She grew up and lived her entire life in Kadoka. She attended 12 grades and was to graduate from Kadoka High School in May of 1986. She had been accepted at Westmar College in LeMars, Iowa for the fall of 1986.
Tammy's hobbies included writing poetry and short stories.
Tammy attended the First Presbyterian Church of Kadoka. She was a member of the Kadoka High School F.H.A., the band and chorus, track, annual staff and student manager for the football team.
Grateful for having shared her life are her parents, Larry and Pat of Kadoka; three brothers, Wes and Jeff Jensen, both of Venice, Louisiana, and Casey Jensen of Kadoka; one sister, Lori Jensen of Philip; one nephew, Beau, of Philip, her paternal grandparents, Mrs. and Mrs. H.P. Jensen of Brentford, South Dakota; several uncles, aunts, and cousins; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Vern and Esther Kingery.
