"The Best"
God saw you getting tired
And a cure was not to be.
So He put His arms around you
And whispered "Come to Me."
With tearful eyes we watched you,
And saw you pass away.
Although we loved you dearly,
We could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us,
He only takes the best.
Guest Book
To Joan Patterson, Carolyn Williams, and DeWayne Miller and there respective families: I am so sorry to hear of my aunt Lorraine Miller on her passing to go to be with the Lord. We loved her very much. I know she is in a better place today but I also know her children and family will miss her dearly. Our prayers and thoughts are with you at this time.

We are so very sorry to hear of the passing of this dear sweet Aunt. I'm sure she is having a wonderful time with
Violet, Ruth, & Freddie discussing the "good old days", and how wonderful that they are all once again together.
Loraine was a very special lady. She made the best soup in the world and her cookies were the very best.
I wish we could be there for her "Celebration". Please except our hand of sympathy. We are praying the Lord give
you His Strength in the coming days. God Bless You and Keep You in HIS care. .

Dear Cousins, Joan, Carolyn, DeWayne and families:
I am so sad to hear of the loss of your Mother. My thoughts and prayers are with you. The loss of one's Mother must be a horrible experience.
Take comfort because your Mother has accepted Jesus as her personal savior. And because of Him and His sacrifice, she will, on that great day, be made new again and live for ever!
I would love, along with you, taste some of that pie someday, made by Aunt Lorraine, maybe from some "new fruit" that Jesus has in store for us in Heaven.
Love to you all, Lonnie

I was so very sad to learn this Sunday evening of the passing of my great aunt Lorraine, who I have such very fond memories of and who I will always hold dear in my heart. My thoughts and prayers go out to all those who were fortunate to know her and share my sadness in losing her. My sympathies especially to those closest to her--Joan, Carlyn, DeWayne and their families. God bless you. Finally, thank you April for e-mailing me and letting me know; I appreciate that.

God be with you all during this time of sorrow. Remember all the happy times you've had with your momma and it will bring you comfort. I remember the trips to Philip when we were all younger and the fun we had visiting. Am thinking of the reunion she is having with family in heaven and the visiting their all having. Probably drinking chamaille tea from a saucer with unna mamma and unna pappa. Love to all at this time.
