Jeffry S. Jensen

of Kadoka, South Dakota, died on Sunday, April 21, 1991
near Gillette, Wyoming at the age of 31

Jeffry Scott Jensen, better known as "Jeff" to his family and friends, was born September 27, 1959, to Larry and Patty (Kingery) Jensen at Kadoka, South Dakota.

He grew up in the Kadoka area and graduated from Kadoka High School in 1977.

As a young man he moved to Louisiana where he worked in the oil fields for several years as a welder.

In 1986 he returned to Kadoka where he operated Jensen Welding until early 1990 when he moved to Gillette, Wyoming, where he worked for Cyclone Drilling.

Grateful for having shared his life are his mother, Patty Jensen of Kadoka; two brothers, Wes Jensen of Gillette, Wyoming, and Casey Jensen of Kadoka; one sister, Lory (Mrs. Scott) Walker of Kadoka; one nephew, Beau Walker of Kadoka; two nieces, Lacy Walker of Kadoka, and Katie Jensen of Gillette, Wyoming; his paternal grandmother, Esther Jensen of Brentford, South Dakota; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Jensen; one sister, Tammy Jensen; his paternal grandfather, Holgar "Pete" Jensen; and his maternal grandparents, Vern and Esther Kingery.
