Ardis and Family,
We are so sorry to eary of your loss. What a loss, that wonderful smile and chuckle with eyes always twinkling. So many others will mourn your loss with you. He was always telling Gary to load his horses in his horse trailer so he could take them home he was such a joy to so many. He fought a good fight in his "Cowboy" way, calm, slow easy and solid. We will cherish our memories of friendship with him and you. God Bless you all.

The good Lord must have needed someone to help run cattle and fix fence and so he got the best. I know you will do a swell job, Irven. You have set excellant examples for all to follow.Your Children, grandchildren and all that knew you looked to you for quideance and job ethic. Take a second cup when it's chilly and you can barely keep up. You have earned it.

Ardis and family, We are so sorry to hear of Irven's passing. What a kind and wonderful man and family. You'll never know how much we appreciate Ardis and Irven, and Deena and Bill taking Sammi Rae "under your wings" while we lived in LongValley. Jade has many fond memories of his summer work with Irven, also. Know that your kindness is not forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. May God send his angels to hold you and may one of those angels be Irven. Love and prayers, Bruce, Jeanne, Brenda, Jami, Gabe, and boys, Jade, Kayla, and Sammi Rae Berry

What a precious man Irvin was and it was fun to get to be a part of his families life too. Tresa and Kyla will always be good friends from their growing up years at Long Valley School. You Ardis and Irvin continued to be a part of our lives later as you bought cars from Dave. Irvin's wonderful traits and ways will now live on through the kids and grandkids. He'll never be forgotten. Missed yes, but not forgotten. Our prayers are with you as you miss him.

WE are so sad and sorry for your loss. Uncle Irven was like a dad to me the couple summers I worked for him when I was a young pup... its horrible to have to say goodbye to ones we love, hard to try to go on, we are praying God's comfort, peace and grace to carry you all thru this trying time...you are all in our thoughts as we cannot be there with you right now...love to you all. What is my only comfort in life and in death...that I both body and soul belong to my faithful saviour Jesus Christ

Ardis and family, you're in our thoughts and prayers. Irven was a true cowboy, husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He touched a lot of people and always left them in good spirits. I'll miss his stories of horses, cows, cow dogs, and old pickup trucks. I've never had more fun bickering over who gets to pay for coffee. Next cups on me Irven. You won't be forgotten.

Ardis and family, we sure enjoyed getting to know you folks better after moving to Kadoka. The special bond was that old sleigh Irven bought from my dad, Wayne Fairchild. It brought a bigger smile telling how much he cherished it and the sleigh rides with the family. Also, the chuckle about buying a pickup with a 31 license so folks would wave at you. We learn courage from those that battle with cancer and those that care for that person. You are in our thoughts and prayers. It is not possible for everyone to have "Great Intellect", but it is possible to have a "Great Heart and Love". That Irven had.

Aunt Ardis and Family, My thoughts and prayers are with you. Uncle Irven was very special to me in my heart as I remember him bouncing me on his knee when I was little. I used to just stare at him when I was little because he was so handsome and so nice. I know our families do get to see each other very often but we still think of you all and miss you. I will think of all of you and put you in my prayers. Love you you all!
