Visitation: 5-7 p.m. on Friday, April 10, at the Kadoka City Auditorium with a prayer service to be held at 6:30 p.m.

Funeral services: 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 11, at the Kadoka City Auditorium.

Interment: Kadoka Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.

• I first remember McKenzie as a young boy who charmed his way into getting extra money for an ice cream cone. Each of my visits was delayed by several years, but I tracked his accomplishments through articles in the Kadoka newspaper my mother received.
