Michael "Mike" Fool Headof Lynch, Nebraska, died on Saturday, March 2, 2019
|
Our father Michael Peter Fool Head was a caring, loving man who was loved by his children. He started work at the Badlands National Park Service in Interior, South Dakota. When he left the park service he moved to Lynch, Nebraska to start work cutting trees.
Later on, he got a job as a prep cook at Ft. Randall Casino where he worked for almost 24 years until he quit due to his health issues. He was liked and loved by many friends and he always put his needs before other people to help them instead of himself. Mike was that one-of-a-kind, special person you will ever meet.
He had a very special favorite granddaughter Siene he never stopped talking about. He made effort to be there for her birthdays, and they shared a bond that could never be broken. She will miss her special grandpa-granddaughter walks together when he comes down to see her.
We will miss our father and grandfather, Mike, deeply. We will miss his walks, visits, birthdays, holidays, and will always remember his famous words: “don’t worry”.
Survivors include his five children: three sons Jonathan, Eugene, and Virgil all of Wall, South Dakota; two daughters Alvina (Wade) Geigle of Wall, and Ramona Diaz of Iowa; one granddaughter Siene of Creighton; special friends Ned Geigle and Ronnie Twiss; his special companion “Dog Bear”; and a host of other relatives and friends.
