Lucille Nellie (Rasmusson) Geigle Randolph was born June 23, 1925, to Robert and Anna (Larson) Rasmusson. She was raised in the Winfred, South Dakota area and attended school and graduated from Howard, South Dakota.

As a young girl she moved to Wall, South Dakota to work for Fred and Eunice Lewis. Here she met her future husband, Edward Geigle. They were united in marriage on July 11, 1946, and to this union seven children were born: Ronald, Marilyn, Diane, Peggy, Darwin, Arlan, and Doug.

Edward passed away December 2, 1974. She was later united in marriage to Dale Randolph on July 5, 1991, and resided in Rapid City, South Dakota, where they shared their lives together. After Dale’s passing on December 1, 2009, she continued to reside in Rapid City another year before returning to Wall, South Dakota to be closer to her family.

When health issues arose and she needed additional care, she resided with Diane and Family for 3 ½ years before becoming a resident of the Philip Nursing Home until the time of her death.

Survivors include three sons Darwin (Lorrie) Geigle of Wall, Arlan (Susan) Geigle of Pierre, and Douglas (Jennifer) Geigle of Minot, North Dakota; three daughters Marilyn (Jef) Wilsey of Creighton, Diane (Warren "Chip") Walker of Philip, and Peggy (Clay) Peplinski of Breda, Iowa; two step-daughters Barbara Wargo and Bonnie (Al) Kinstad both of Rapid City; one step-son David (Linda) Randolph of Rapid City; 25 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren, and 40 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
